About me
I am a qualified Arts Psychotherapist based in Central London. My therapeutic approach is person-centred, culturally sensitive, and grounded in creativity, offering a safe and nurturing space where clients can explore their emotions and express themselves authentically. I work in an integrative way, adapting the process to each individual’s needs, pace, and preferences.
I offer both face-to-face and online sessions in English, Latvian, French, and Russian, and welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. I aim to create a respectful and supportive environment where each person feels heard, understood, and able to engage in meaningful therapeutic work.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an MA in Dramatherapy from the University of Roehampton and am an Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)-registered Arts Therapist (Dramatherapist). My professional background brings together fine arts, theatre, and experience in special needs education.
Through my work in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), I have developed a good understanding of how neurodiversity and emotional needs can affect daily life and relationships. I have also worked with people experiencing acute mental health difficulties and dementia, which has broadened my experience across different client groups.
I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I have a particular interest in how intergenerational trauma and cultural heritage can shape identity, relationships, and psychological wellbeing.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
