About me

I work with adults who are ready for change manage anxiety & OCD so that they can feel calmer, more present and more aligned with their values.

People I work with are looking for a therapist who is going to listen to them & understand their experience. Someone who is going to take their distress seriously, remember their story once discussed in a session and teach them strategies to manage difficult emotions.

In the first part of our work together, we are going to develop an understanding of what maintains your distress & in the second part we are going to focus on CBT strategies and techniques you will be able to use to break these vicious cycles. I am looking forward to working with you as a team to achieve your therapy goals. My style is warm and approachable.

Booking your FREE 15-minute telephone consultation will give us the opportunity to discuss your therapy goals. I would also be able to explain my approach & answer any questions you may have. It will be an opportunity for you to explore how you feel talking to me as well.
