About me
Psychodynamic Psychotherapist specialising in support for adults and adolescents. As the founder of Reinforce Psychotherapy, I provide dedicated, depth-oriented care from my practice in the heart of Cambridge on King’s Parade.
- Are you feeling 'stuck' in patterns that leave you anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your true self?
- Feeling drained, unmotivated, and disconnected from your life?
- Finding yourself in unhealthy relationship patterns again and again?
- Pretending to be someone you’re not – “Just to fit in”.
- Struggling to express yourself.
If these feel familiar, then you are on the right page.
Rather than offering a 'quick fix,' the psychodynamic approach focuses on understanding the emotional roots of your difficulties. We will work together to uncover how unconscious processes and past relationships may be driving current feelings of anxiety or depression. This deeper level of exploration allows for more than just temporary relief. It paves the way for profound self-understanding and sustainable emotional growth.
I also work with individuals who have autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This can be explored further during the initial consultation and assessment, where we can discuss your expectations and consider together how a psychodynamic approach may be helpful for you.
I offer weekly face-to-face and online sessions, providing a consistent and reliable therapeutic framework for our work together.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate this alone. Please email me or use the contact form below to book your free consultation call.

This work is held separately from my therapeutic practice, as it sits outside the psychodynamic framework that underpins my psychotherapy work.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
