About me
I prioritise creating a compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where you or your child can feel safe to talk openly. With extensive experience working in NHS services that consider physical and emotional wellbeing, I specialise in psychological therapy for children, adults, and families.
My expertise includes supporting adjustment to diagnoses, managing symptoms, and developing identity beyond a health condition, alongside interventions for anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, stress, trauma, and life transitions.
I ensure that psychological support helps individuals to develop a meaningful understanding of difficulties, whilst sharing practical guidance or strategies to manage concerns. With an integrative approach, I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy.
If you are considering therapy for yourself or your child, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to think together about your hopes for support and whether this feels like the right fit.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
