About me

I am a Person-Centred counsellor and qualified MSc Psychotherapist with over thirty-six years of Mental Health, counsellor/ therapist and professional working experience.

I offer individual personal therapy and counselling for anxiety, depression and most life issues which are problematic to you at present.

You may be feeling quite vulnerable and unsure of how to make things better. I help by listening and relating to draw your strengths out gently, in a valuing way which will help you understand your life, and its options  that aren't always visible or felt without counselling.

I am collaborative and have lots of experience at supporting clients in a compassionate and empathic way,  to help them find their true potential. I help you deal with any feelings of anxiety, worry, stress or depression at the current time.

I do not judge people, am very accepting and do not see anyone as wrong or "mad". I can help you find your inner voice and feelings to move forwards. I welcome enquiries by phone, text or email.  Best Wishes Helen.
