About me
I am a Person-Centred Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over thirty-seven years of Mental Health experience.
I offer individual personal therapy and counselling for anything that makes you feel vulnerable at the moment; anxiety, low mood, difficult circumstances and most life issues which are problematic to you at present.
You may be feeling quite unsure of how to make things better and lack someone to relate to deeply and with no judgment. I help by listening, accepting and relating to help you express your feelings and worries. I can acknowledge your strengths in a valuing way which will help you rebalance and regroup. Life, and its options aren't always visible or felt straight away but with counselling, things get clearer.
I am collaborative, very supportive and have lots of experience.
I do not judge people, am very accepting and do not see anyone as wrong or "mad". I can help you find your inner voice and listen well to your feelings to help you move forwards. I welcome enquiries by phone, text or email.
