About me

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Face to face session are not currently available. I am continuing to offer telephone or live video counselling via Zoom.

I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist.

I utilise an integrative approach which allows me to draw on various approaches to find the best path for you. I provide a quiet relaxing environment in my own home.

I have spent over 29 years helping others make changes in their lives. I have practiced as a hypnotherapist since 2016.

I also volunteer as a Counsellor at Talk Matters a counselling charity in dunfermline.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
