About me
I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist.
I utilise an integrative approach which allows me to draw on various approaches to find the best path for you. I provide a quiet relaxing environment in a dedicated space within my home.
I have spent over 30 years as a nurse helping others make changes in their lives.
I have practiced as a hypnotherapist since 2016 and as a counsellor since 2019.
