About me

Hi, I’m Hayley, a qualified integrative counsellor, clinical supervisor, and mental health professional.

I work with adults of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, offering a warm, supportive space to explore emotional and psychological challenges, all from the comfort of your own home via secure online sessions. You might be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. Perhaps you’re navigating grief, relationship issues, identity concerns, or unresolved trauma. Whether recent or long-held, these experiences can impact how you feel, think, and relate to others.

My approach is relational, compassionate, and tailored to you. I draw from a range of therapeutic models to support you in understanding your emotions, processing difficult experiences, and moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

Clients often come to me with:

  • Anxiety, panic, or intrusive thoughts
  • Grief & loss
  • Low mood, self-esteem, or motivation
  • Childhood trauma or complex family dynamics
  • Relationship breakdowns or disconnection
  • Identity, intimacy, or neurodivergence-related challenges
  • Emotional overwhelm and burnout
  • Unhelpful coping strategies, including substance use

With over 8 years’ experience in the mental health field, including work within the NHS, education, charities, I bring a depth of knowledge and a calm, grounded presence. I also have a background in clinical supervision and have worked in addiction recovery settings.

I offer online only therapy via Zoom, a simple, secure platform that allows us to meet wherever you are in the UK.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, so I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you decide whether I’m the right fit.

You’re welcome to email, call, or message me to book this.

You don’t need to have everything worked out. If something’s not feeling right and you’re ready to talk, I’m here to help.

The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
