About me
Hello, I’m Hannah, a qualified and registered Art Psychotherapist and trained EMDR Therapist based in London.
I am passionate about seeing every individual have the opportunity to flourish, and I believe that one of the important ways this happens is when we feel heard and understood, consequently coming to know our value. I hope that my practice offers a space for this.
I have experience working with a variety of emotional and mental difficulties, including bereavement, anxiety, relational trauma, attachment difficulties, trauma, PTSD, depression, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.
Art Therapy
Sessions are 50 minutes.
Art psychotherapy can be accessible for everyone. Adults, young people and children of all ages and backgrounds can benefit from art therapy.
Art psychotherapy can be used to explore a variety of difficulties, whether social difficulties, anxiety, depression or trauma. It can help those experiencing low self-esteem, individuals facing transitions, or processing loss.
Hard emotions and experiences can be challenging to talk about, so art therapy can offer a way of communicating that can feel less overwhelming. The physical experience of art-making offers therapeutic qualities that can be both expressive and soothing.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR Therapy can be used to help individuals heal from and process traumatic memories. Often when we experience traumatic things, these memories can become ‘stuck’ in our brains, which can lead to us emotionally and physically reliving these experiences in the present.
EMDR offers a space in which these memories can be reprocessed and healed, reducing the symptoms of distress.
This is a structured and more targeted, short-term intervention.
If you are interested in exploring either or both of these therapies, I offer a free consultation call where you can freely ask questions and explore working with me further.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
