About me
Maybe something keeps repeating in your relationships, your work, how you see yourself, and you can't figure out why. On the outside you're holding it together. Inside, something feels blocked, heavy or just won't shift.
I work with adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, especially around identity, relationships, emotions and the patterns that keep showing up uninvited.
If you're not sure whether therapy is right for you, I offer a free 20-minute introduction call to talk it through.
I have particular experience working with LGBTQIA+ people and creatives, artists, musicians, writers and people who work in or around the arts. I spent 20 years working in music and arts education before training as a therapist, and that background shapes how I work: I understand the emotional complexity of creative life, the identity questions that don't fit neatly into boxes, and the specific pressures that come with both.
I also work with neurodivergent adults, people with ADHD or who are autistic, who are untangling which parts of themselves are authentically theirs, and which have always been ways of getting by.
I also work with men who are new to therapy and aren't sure what to expect. You don't need to know the right words or have a clear idea of what's wrong before getting in touch.
I'm an integrative therapist, which means I work in a way that fits you rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. I combine a warm, person-centred style with psychodynamic thinking, helping you feel genuinely heard while also making sense of how your past might be shaping your present. My practice is anti-oppressive and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I work online and in person in London (London Bridge SE1 and Golders Green NW11). I trained at the University of Westminster and am a registered BACP member.
I offer a free 20-minute introduction call – a chance to talk about what's bringing you to therapy and see if we feel like a good fit.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
