About me
Feeling Stuck? Let’s Find Your Way Forward.
Do you struggle with people-pleasing, self-doubt, or feeling like you’re never quite “enough”? Maybe you’ve spent years meeting others’ expectations, afraid of letting people down—but inside, you feel disconnected from who you truly are. These patterns often stem from past experiences, including family dynamics and early trauma. The good news? You don’t have to stay stuck.
I’m Grace, a Person-Centred Counsellor & Psychotherapist, and I’m here to help you heal, reconnect with yourself, and build the confidence to live life on your own terms.
Healing Starts With Understanding
If you’ve experienced childhood or family trauma—whether it was emotional neglect, criticism, or constantly feeling like you had to earn love—you may have learned to put others first at the expense of yourself. Together, we can:
✔️ Unpack old patterns and understand where they come from
✔️ Heal from past wounds and release self-blame
✔️ Build self-trust and confidence in your choices
✔️ Create boundaries that feel safe and empowering
✔️ Embrace your true worth—without needing outside validation
Therapy on Your Terms
I offer online and phone therapy, so you can access support from wherever you are. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and truly person-centred—you lead the way, and I walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Whether you're seeking guidance, clarity, or simply a compassionate ear, let's come together in a safe and welcoming space, where your story is honoured, and your journey is embraced.
✨ I aim to help you embrace your inner magic, rewrite your story, and create the life that you deserve. ✨
Taking the first step can feel daunting—I know because I’ve been there too. But you don’t have to do this alone.
👉 Message me today to book a free consultation or learn more. Your healing starts here.
Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Keele University, BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Counselling from The Open University, and I am a registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
With experience supporting adults, children, and young people across various settings—including schools, charities, and the NHS—I’ve developed a deep understanding of how the pressures we face early on can shape who we become.
I’m deeply committed to continual professional development, regularly attending workshops, conferences, and online courses to expand my knowledge. This ensures I can offer a more informed and tailored approach to your unique needs, providing the most effective support possible.
If you feel weighed down by others' expectations, constantly chasing validation, or unsure of who you truly are, I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
