About me
Evening and weekend appointments available.
Hi there and welcome. My name is GIyn Harris and I help my clients change the negative thoughts and behaviours that stop them reaching their full potential. I have lived experience of overcoming severe mental health issues when I was younger and I look at therapy as a Journey, an adventure which empowers you to implement real positive change in your wellbeing. On my days off I like to climb and cave. The latter extreme sports have given me an excellent understanding of fear, anxiety and panic, how to control the latter and this has proven to be a valuable asset when treating all types of anxiety disorders with CBT.
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Teams video conferencing.
Cognitive behavioural therapy or CBT is a widely recognised and respected psychological treatment for depression and anxiety disorders. It is also widely used in sport and business to challenge performance limiting beliefs. You can find out more about me and how I may be able to help you by visiting my site at http://www.cbtnow.co.uk.
Please contact me to for a free, no obligation initial consultation (15-20 min chat) to discuss your needs and goals for therapy. Remote evening sessions are £75 (Mon-Fri). Face to face sessions on Sat mornings are £95 and based in my Preston clinic. I offer a discretionary rate to private individuals, who do not have health insurance or means of external financial support for therapy of £65 per remote (online) session. (weekday mornings only Tues-Fri )
