Hi there and welcome. My name is Glyn Harris, I am a cognitive behavioural and EMDR therapist and I help my clients change the negative thoughts and behaviours that stop them reaching their full potential.

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Teams video conferencing.

Cognitive behavioural therapy or CBT is a widely recognised and respected psychological treatment for depression and anxiety disorders. It is also widely used in sport and business to challenge performance limiting beliefs. Please contact me to for a free, no obligation initial consultation (15-20 min chat) to discuss your needs and goals for therapy. I offer a discretionary rate to private individuals, who do not have health insurance or means of commercial financial support (Health insurance etc.)  for therapy of £60 per session on weekday mornings. Evening and weekend appointments also available

I have over ten years experience working full time in the NHS as a therapist and I have private practices in Preston,  Liverpool and near Cartmel in South Lakes

BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
