About me

Hello, welcome to my part of the world of counselling. Well done for seeking help, I believe asking or seeking for help is one of the hardest things to do, especially if you are experiencing your 'crisis point'.

I would like to offer you a confidential, comfortable, safe space to enable you to heal. We can gently explore parts of your life that may have caused you pain with the intention to help you understand them clearer. My role is to use my skills to support you.

We can work together or I can work with you and your partner for any relationship problems that you may be experiencing.

Every counselling session I am involved in is guided by my clients, their feelings and by what they want to work on. Each session is tailored entirely to understanding their needs and our aim is to help you feel better. I have counselling techniques and tools that you can learn to use in your daily life to continue supporting you after our sessions have ended.

I am friendly, warm, kind and genuinely invested in supporting you. You are welcome to contact me for a chat before booking a session.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am experienced in working with clients ‘Face to Face’ and Online.

I work with couples and individuals.

I only work with individuals over the age of 16.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
