Geraldine Delahunty, Registered Member MBACP, ICEEFT

I am a qualified and experienced Integrative counsellor and I have a combined approach, drawing on Person Centered, EFT, CBT, and Psychodynamic Therapies. This allows me to tailor the way I work to your individual needs and circumstances.
I specialise in relationship counselling, working with couples or individuals, and can help you enhance and repair relationships with the people closest to you by helping you to identify and free you from old patterns.
I am a Certified Emotionally Focussed Therapist. Emotionally Focussed Therapy is a tested intervention to reduce distress in couple relationships and create more secure attachment bonds. This is usually a short-term approach for couples but it is also used for families and individuals.
I have experience of working with mixed agenda couples where one partner wants to end the relationship and one partner wants the relationship to continue.
I am offering sessions with couples and individuals, as well as supervision for relationship counsellors.
