About me
Are you feeling stuck? Looking for ways to move forward? I want to be there and support you in overcoming these challenges and living the life you want to live.
Growing up, I struggled with anxiety and depression which instilled in me the importance and value of spaces enabling growth, development, and the earnest belief that life can get better through actions we can take. I am passionate about supporting the people I work with in overcoming their challenges, achieving their goals and living the lives they want to lead.
My approach is straightforward and pragmatic, utilising essential CBT-tools to break down problems through a process of collaborative formulation, developing a shared understanding of what the problem is, how it's maintained by specific behaviours and beliefs. From there, we consider what changes would be most effective for achieving the goals that we set to move towards our values.
How we get started:
An initial 30-minute appointment on Teams is offered free-of-charge for all new clients. We can continue this session for 60 minutes for a fee of £35.
Following this my standard rate is £75 for each 60-minute session.
Availability: Saturday and Sunday, Monday-Friday after 17:30. I suggest we book sessions in blocks of 3-4 to ensure consistency and progress over time.
Please feel free to contact me at george.lee.psy@outlook.com.
I aim to respond within 24-hours.
