About me
I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Reading/Wokingham. I offer therapy services online (Using Zoom) and on the telephone. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for my clients to work through their issues and explore the changes to their lives that they are looking for.
My approach is integrative, which means that I can draw from several core therapeutic approaches so that the treatment I provide is personally suited to each of my clients.
I whole-heartedly believe in the importance of mental health support and have genuine acceptance and empathy for people who find themselves in difficult situations. I gained experience of working in several different settings before training as a therapist, which has helped me develop a deep understanding of how challenging life can sometimes be.
I offer a free initial telephone consultation so if you would like to discuss your needs further, I would love to hear from you.
