About me

Hi, I'm Gareth, I am a fully trained and accredited BABCP Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, as well as being an accredited ICF Neuroscience-based Results Coach. I have further training and qualifications in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT).

I work with adults and have had great results across the board of mental health related issues including Depression, PTSD, OCD, Health Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic, Phobias, and all other anxiety related disorders.

My approach to therapy is a collaborative and personalized one. We will work together to shine light upon your past and current patterns to create a clear formulation of the problem before getting really specific on the goals and outcomes you would like to move into. This then allows us to build out the step by step approach you will take to get you from where you are to where you want to be. My strengths lie in helping my clients connect the dots to see what's really going on underneath the surface level of the mind, guiding them into a greater awareness of themselves, and giving them the tools to dissolve the blocks and limitations that have been holding them back and develop a new story for their lives.

Our overall aim will be to equip you with the tools, techniques, new mindset and strategies to carry you forwards so you can continue your journey of inner growth on your own.

If you have any questions please make contact and I'll be happy to jump on a free discovery call with yourself so we can explore how we can work together in more detail.
