Gail Wright - Life in Harmony Counselling (DipHE Couns.)
Hello, my name is Gail and I am a person centred counsellor based in Peterborough, working within my own practise. At some point we may find things hard to manage, things can get on top of us and become overwhelming and it can be difficult to see a way forward. Here at Life in Harmony Counselling, I provide a safe and confidential space from my own home, where I can help you work through your problems.
Whether they are day to day work or home life problems, general anxiety disorder or more deep rooted problems from past experiences or traumas. all of these can give us an overwhelming sense of confusion, concern and make us feel we cannot cope. Working together we can explore these areas, breaking things down and by supporting you, help you to find solutions and move forward.
By using different theories, including cognitive behaviour, transactional analysis, psychodynamic, this allows me to work with your present and past if needed, using a combination of talking and practical tasks.
