About me

I'm Fiona, a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist trained in emotional release techniques to support anxiety, anger, depression, resistance, and challenges connected to grief, trauma, or stress overwhelm.

I see healing as tending a garden, sometimes we pause, care for the soil, and allow new growth to bloom in spaces that once felt barren. Through counselling, hypnotherapy, and or sound healing, I offer a safe, nurturing space to release old patterns, reconnect with your inner light, and cultivate resilience and self-compassion.

Whether you are navigating loss, life transitions, or personal growth, I'm here to support your journey, helping your inner strength and peace flourish.

I am a sensitive intuitive and I have developed a gentle way to communicate with the sensory nervous system, the hub of our whole being, like an inner orchestra, that shapes how we feel, respond and heal.

I offer a calm, nurturing space for sensitive souls to soften, release, and reconnect with their inner light.
