About me

If you are experiencing difficulties due to: anxiety, stress, depression, difficult relationships, grief, trauma, self-esteem, body image, you may wish a confidential, non-judgmental, and compassionate place where you can express how you feel, work on yourself and find a way forward. You may be looking for a professional who has the skills and expertise to sit, listen, and work with you with a commitment to understand and help you alleviate your emotional suffering and bring about a positive change in your life.

I am a qualified, HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist who is trained and experienced in a range of therapeutic models and approaches. I have an extensive experience working with individuals presenting with various mental health difficulties ranging from mild to severe in terms of complexity. I have worked in both third sector organisations and the NHS.

Despite being common, struggling with mental health can be very challenging and may look and feel different for each and every one of us. I will work with you in a collaborative way so that together we can explore your needs and goals for therapy, and so that I can offer you a tailored therapeutic approach that will be specifically aimed at meeting your needs.
