About me

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re finding it hard to cope, living with long-term illness or pain, navigating Autism (diagnosed or not), or processing trauma, loss, or bullying you don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can feel safe to talk, be heard, and express yourself. I can help you untangle what is going on, so you can feel calmer and more in control. I believe real progress happens when you feel safe with someone and that's what I aim to create.

My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor therapy to suit your individual needs. I draw on a range of techniques including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, and creative approaches to support your wellbeing, growth, and healing.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience supporting people through anxiety, grief, trauma, abuse and more. Helping people who feel stuck, overwhelmed or on edge all the time. There is no pressure and we can go at a pace that is right for you. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in the NHS for over 30 years in an acute trauma hospital. During that time, I gained extensive experience supporting people through trauma, end-of-life care, bereavement, abuse (including workplace and sexual abuse), and high levels of stress.
