About me
I am a neurodivergent and queer-affirmative HCPC-registered Dramatherapist, supporting people through relational, creative, Jungian and transpersonal approaches to therapy.
I create an empathic and supportive space to help you explore whatever you wish to bring – whether that means wanting to understand yourself and your life experiences better, exploring tools and resources to support you emotionally, or simply having a confidential space to talk and be heard.
My sessions are always client-centred, so whether you prefer to work through conversation or creative means is entirely up to you - as therapist, support and witness of your process, my role is to be alongside you in however you choose to process what you are bringing to our sessions.
Children and Adolescents
I specialise in working with neurodivergent and vulnerable children in schools, supporting their emotional and social development through play, empathic connection and experiences of agency. I also see children and adolescents as part of my private practice, offering support to children and families who are exploring or coming to terms with diagnoses of Autism and/or ADHD and how to integrate this understanding into their lives.
Dance and Movement as Therapy
As a Movement Medicine® teacher and movement tutor on a Postgraduate therapy training in London, I specialise in the use of dance, movement and embodiment practices as core therapeutic tools. My belief in these modalities comes from my own decades-long experience of the healing power of movement - to move and process trauma through the body as well as to empower us through bodily self-awareness and the story-making capacity of authentic movement.
Astrology
I am an astrologer and qualified relocational astrologer. Astrology - as a tool to understand the different qualities of time in our lives, as well as where we may be more likely to experience ease or challenge - is one of the most supportive lenses in my own life to contextualise experiences. I offer one-off birthchart, transit and relocational readings, as well as psychotherapy sessions that integrate knowledge of your birthchart and current timing to offer a deeper, cosmologically-informed look at your life.
Supervision
I am currently training to be a supervisor through the London Centre for Psychodrama on the Diploma in Creative Approaches to Supervision (2026-27). If you are a therapist looking for lower-cost supervision and would like to work with me to explore your practice, do get in touch.

Further information
Dramatherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creativity, imagination, storytelling, movement, role-play, metaphor, and other expressive methods to support emotional wellbeing and psychological growth. Working through creativity can be a useful way to connect with your feelings if words sometimes feel hard to access. Using creative tools in therapy is therefore a way to access unconscious thoughts and feelings, gain greater clarity, and process experiences in a less direct way.
Movement Medicine® is a dance/movement practice that integrates psychotherapy, neuroscience, and ancient wisdom to foster greater self-connection and self-development. Through a combination of clear, specific practices and the invitation to move freely, Movement Medicine® encourages deeper listening to the information inside our bodies and emotions. This empowers us with better emotional literacy and tools for emotional regulation, as well as the potential for self-development, increased confidence and the courage to express more of who we truly are.
