About me
Hi, I'm Emma, I'm a qualified counsellor with experience working within secondary schools, the charitable sector and as a private practitioner. I work with adults and young people aged 18 and over and have a special interest in helping people to overcome anxiety, stress and low self-esteem.
Your needs and goals are at the forefront of every session and I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can talk about your situation, gain a deeper understanding and develop coping strategies that work for you to feel more in control of your situation. Together, we can work towards enhancing your wellbeing and achieving your goals to lead a more fulfilling life.
