About me
Have you been feeling constantly on edge, overwhelmed, or stuck in worry? You don’t have to face it alone. I’m Emma, a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor supporting adults and young people (17+) through anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and the emotional challenges that can build up over time.
Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own. In our sessions, you’ll have a calm, confidential space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to feel more grounded.
I integrate cognitive, behavioural, person‑centred, and psychodynamic approaches, offering both understanding and practical tools you can use day‑to‑day. You set the pace, and together we shape sessions around what you need, whether that’s easing physical symptoms of anxiety, navigating burnout, or rebuilding confidence.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy but feeling unsure, we can begin with a brief, no‑pressure conversation. When you’re ready, I’m here.
