About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist offering online therapy and autism assessments for adults. I work with people who feel stuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking or emotion, or who are finding life overwhelming due to difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, trauma, or long-standing emotional challenges. I also support adults who are exploring whether they may be autistic and are seeking clarity, understanding, or validation.

I offer a warm, compassionate and confidential online space to help you better understand yourself and work towards meaningful change.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience working in the NHS and am also a trained EMDR therapist. I have undertaken extensive training across a range of therapeutic models and draw on a variety of approaches in my work, with a particular focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR. I have also completed extensive training in conducting comprehensive autism assessments for adults.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Further information

My approach is collaborative, respectful and neuroaffirming. Therapy is always tailored to your individual needs, goals and pace. I understand that seeking support can feel daunting, particularly if you have been managing on your own for a long time.
