About me
My approach is centred around helping you to feel heard, understood and supported while we explore what matters most to you. I work with a wide range of people from all walks of life.
I have experience in working with people who have care and support needs due to ageing or health conditions, as well as those in caring roles for loved ones. My background in social care has given me insight into the complexities that individuals and carers can face day to day.
Caring for others, or living with additional support needs, can bring unique physical and emotional pressures, including stress, anxiety, isolation, grief, burnout, and changes in identity or relationships.
We can explore difficult emotions you are experiencing, build coping strategies, improve self-understanding, and help you feel more grounded and supported in daily life. I offer a calm and supportive space where we can explore your experiences at your own pace.
Together, we can work through life’s ups and downs in a way that feels safe and manageable.
