About me
Do you feel stuck in your life or relationships, even though you're trying your best to move forward?
Maybe you find yourself overthinking, doubting your worth, or repeating the same patterns — especially after difficult or painful relationships.
I work with people who struggle with low self-esteem, feel emotionally stuck, or have been affected by challenging relationships that changed how they see themselves.
You might feel drained, unsure of who you are, or disconnected from your own needs. Even if things look “fine” on the outside, inside it can feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming.
In our work together, we will gently explore what’s behind these patterns and experiences. I will support you in rebuilding your sense of self, developing self-worth, and finding a way forward that feels more stable, calm, and authentic.
You don’t have to keep feeling this way on your own.
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to be yourself.
I work at your pace, helping you make sense of your thoughts and emotions, and supporting you in creating meaningful and lasting change.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from different therapeutic models depending on your needs.
