About me

At times, life can feel confusing & overwhelming. I offer online and in-person sessions in a confidential & safe space for people struggling with life’s challenges. I have a wealth of lived experience and specialist training to help guide you to find your way through your problems.

I work with clients experiencing issues with addiction, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, sexual trauma, episodes of dissociation and self-harm.

I have years of experience working in exercise and nutrition and strongly advocate for a healthy body, healthy mind, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
