About me
Hello and welcome to my profile.
Life isn't always easy to process on your own and talking with an impartial professional outside of your support network can be a transformative experience. You may be looking for counselling because you feel overwhelmed with a combination of thoughts and feelings due to historic or current issues. I can offer you a safe space to explore this to make the hard stuff easier to live with and perhaps empower you to make the necessary changes to live a happier life.
Whilst I work with a wide range of client issues a lot of my work focusses on the relationships clients have with those in their lives. These can be a great source of strength when going well and can also be the source of a great pain when difficulties arise. Another main focus of my work is issues/trauma from childhood that impact clients as adults.
You may want to address a specific issue and/or together we could work to understand your values and beliefs, your relationship with yourself and with others. You may have noticed certain behaviours you'd like to change and if so, so we can explore where these might have come from and how you might go about making changes.
What to expect from me..
I will strive to provide you with a relationship where you will feel safe to talk openly and honestly about your inner most thoughts and feelings in a confidential environment.
I work collaboratively with my clients as I believe you are the expert on you and that therapy is done with you, not to you! I am therefore a therapist who believes that challenging my clients thoughts, behaviours and perspectives where appropriate is a key part of our work together.
I offer a free 15 minute zoom consultation. We can explore whether I am the right therapist for you and can discuss what you would like to achieve and ask any questions.
I currently have availability to see clients from my home in Woodgate (PO20) or online.
Please feel free to call, text or email me.
I have a degree in Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and continue to develop my work through regular CPD. I am a registered member of the NCPS and work in accordance with their Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice.

As a Humanistic therapist I work with your individual experience of what brings you to therapy. No two people's experience of a similar issue will effect them in the same way. I am therefore able to see clients who are facing a very broad range of issues and not limited to the issues listed above.
