About me
I offer a full range of psychotherapy and counselling service designed to meet the individual and unique needs of my clients. Working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and much more, I work to secure fast and enduring change that lasts.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified and registered Human Givens Therapy. I have a successful practice in Woburn Sands Buckinghamshire, where I have been set up for a number of years.
Member organisations
The Human Givens Institute (HGI) is both a membership organisation and a professional body representing the interests of those in the caring and teaching professions who have an interest in or utilise the human givens approach. Counselling Directory register Registered Members (MHGI) and Fellow Members (FHGI), who will have completed the Post Graduate Practitioner's Assessment (Part III) and who are fully qualified to practise as a human givens therapist or counsellor. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I charge the standard £70 per hour for single counselling sessions and
£100 per couple session.
When I work
I can be flexible with my working hours and do work outside of normal practice hours, please contact me for further details thank you.
Further information
I have had previous careers as a state registered Occupational Therapist and I run my own Health and Social Care Consultancy.
Over the past few years I have successfully worked with many clients through the ambulance service and fire & rescue services (East and South West England) to support them through trauma.
