About me

About me

Hi, I’m Lizzie. Thank you for visiting my profile.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re used to managing things on your own. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.

I work with adults both in-person in Wallingford and online across Oxfordshire and beyond. I work integratively, combining person-centred therapy with psychodynamic understanding and other therapeutic approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs while offering a warm, supportive, and reflective space.

I trained as a counsellor over six years while raising two children, and alongside my professional experience, I bring a real understanding of the pressures and challenges life can bring. I have a particular interest in supporting women through midlife transitions, including menopause, caregiving stress, changing relationships, and questions around identity and self-worth.

Clients come to therapy for many reasons — anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, or simply a sense of feeling stuck. Whatever brings you here, I aim to offer a calm and compassionate space where we can explore things at your pace.

I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
