Eleonora Corvetta, Bsc, Msc, MBACP, UKCP
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering individual therapy to adults and young people in Central and South West London. I have experience of working in a variety of mental health settings both in Italy and the UK, and have also been the founder of different projects related to mental health.
Counselling and psychotherapy provide professional support during challenging times, helping you build the tools for a positive change in your life. I work with people experiencing a variety of issues such as suffering from severe anxiety and depression, sexual and relationship issues, lack of self-confidence, as well as with people who are going through a difficult time in their lives as a result of life changes or transitions.
In my experience having a space where difficulties can be talked about is very important and gives great support. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where issues can be explored, getting to the root of the problem whilst building long lasting resources. Counselling also helps to develop self-awareness, greater authenticity and helps become more conscious of unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour; resulting in long-lasting change.
My approach is integrative and Jungian-based, and I tailor my way of working to each individual client, as no-one person is the same. I engage with my clients through a relational and creative approach.
In the first session we will discuss what is bringing you to counselling and decide whether we can work together to support you. Thereafter sessions usually take place once weekly. I work both long and short term.
As a licensed Psychotherapist in the greater London area, I am highly committed to the well-being of all my clients. I offer sessions in English, Italian and French.
