Person-Centred Counsellor BA (Hons.) NCPS Accredited Member

About me

The reasons we seek counselling are many and varied. Sometimes there is a sudden loss or trauma, but sometimes there are layers of difficult experiences where one more is too many, and we can become overwhelmed. These may be current events or traumatic experiences from long ago that continue to affect life today.

We may begin to distance ourselves from friends and family as we try to make sense of difficult feelings and emotions alone. Perhaps because we don't want to burden others or from unresolved or misplaced feelings of guilt or shame.

As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I invite you to a safe, non-judgemental space to explore any challenges or anxieties. This therapeutic relationship is based on trust and mutual respect, and you are the focus of this relationship.          My commitment to you is to be fully present, to hear you, and be with you, as you reflect on difficult experiences and move towards self-acceptance.

Reaching out can be so difficult but something has led you here today, send me an email, I will get straight back to you, and we can have a conversation about where you are now, where you would like to be, and what challenges might stand in your way.

I offer in person, online, or telephone counselling appointments at a time to suit you.
