About me

Therapy provides the opportunity to process and overcome what might be challenging, confused, worrying or painful and by entering into a dialogue you will be able to unpack your story, get to the root of issues and gain new clarity on your past and your present.  During this process, you will engage in a healthy one to one conversation marked by curiosity, respect and kindness.

I am an experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC. Psychology House, St Andrews is an independent private practice offering Counselling Psychology to adults in St Andrews and Fife.

I provide psychological assessment and evidence- based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassion Focussed Therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I work with adults experiencing a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, panic, OCD, adjustment issues, relationship, attachment and interpersonal difficulties as well as loss and bereavement.

If you have any queries, please feel free to get in touch either by telephone or email to discuss further or to arrange an initial appointment and then we can take it from there.
