I am a qualified and experienced Integrative therapist.

I have 15 years experience working with clients with alcohol or addiction issues and other related challenges, low self esteem, anxiety, depression and anger.

I have knowledge, skills and a lived experience within the addiction field.

I can offer one to one counselling in a safe and non judgemental environment.

I have a calm and relaxed approach and will work collaboratively to help you make a better choice in your life.
