About me
About Me
I am a clinical psychologist offering specialist support for a range of mental health challenges. I have particular expertise in anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and depression. I also have in-depth experience working with individuals who have received a neurodevelopmental diagnosis, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
A Respectful, Collaborative Space
Above all, I believe therapy should be a safe and respectful space. I strive to build a warm, collaborative relationship grounded in acceptance, inclusion, and genuine care. I welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, genders, sexualities, and abilities.
My Therapeutic Approach
My work is centred around you—your values, your goals, and what truly matters in your life. I take the time to understand what you'd like to achieve in therapy and tailor the technique and approach accordingly. Having trained as a clinical psychologist means that I am able to use a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
The main models that I use in my work are:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Narrative Therapy (NT)
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
Systemic therapy
We’ll work together to find the therapeutic style that feels like the right fit for you. While I typically work with individuals, I also welcome the involvement of partners or family members when it may be helpful to the therapeutic process.
Where I Work
Therapy sessions are available either in person at a central London location or online for greater flexibility. Please note that I’m currently unable to offer home visits.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
