About me
My name is Donna and I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I work online and via phone with clients who are seeking help and support. I am passionate about helping people find hope, healing and peace within their lives and their relationships.
I work collaboratively with people to find the best way of doing this and focus on issues that are important to you, including exploring the things that may foster positive change in your life.
My own life experiences and experiences of counselling have motivated me to support others who are going through their own difficult life experiences. I work from the view that just as every person, problem and challenge is unique and individual, so too are the things that will help.
I work with evidence-based practices to help you uncover valuable insights into yourself, your relationships and environments, and how these factors shape how we move and interact within our worlds.
