Are you anxious, stressed or having relationship problems, or do you feel you no longer have a clear sense of what you want out of life? When we are facing difficulties, no matter how big or small, counselling can be a safe place to talk about what is troubling you.
I am a fully qualified, experienced and professional counsellor and I will work with you using many different approaches to suit your individual needs.
It can be really difficult to take that first step to start counselling, but I am warm and approachable, and can offer a safe, non-judgmental space to help you express difficult and painful emotions. We will work together to explore your present feelings and how the past and old wounds may be impacting on you now. By helping you feel heard and understood, and by giving you a different perspective, we will explore your anxieties, worries, fears and emotional obstacles, so that a path can be found, which can facilitate positive change and personal growth.
The first session will give you the opportunity to see whether you feel at ease with me and if you want to start to explore some of the issues that have brought you into counselling. Following this initial meeting, we will work out the best counselling approach for helping you to move forward.
I offer short term (usually up to 6 sessions) and longer term counselling, you decide how long you want to be in therapy for, there is no long-term commitment.
I can offer daytime, evening and some weekend appointments.
Please feel free to contact me on my mobile, 07956401489 to discuss any aspects of counselling, particularly if you are anxious or struggling with the concept of entering into the counselling process for the first time. Please be assured that everything is dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
