About me

Hello,I am an Integrative counsellor drawing on a combination of therapeutic models and techniques to help you improve your well-being,which include person-centred therapy,cogni cogn-behavioural therapy, mindfulness and creative approches.If you need a calm and supportive space to explore and overcome emotional difficulties and learn to be a happier healthier you.I offer an integratuve approach to counselling,based upon your needs snd goals.If you suffer anxiety, depression, sleep issues, stress, bereavement, relationship problems or any other issues please get in touch. I work with adults as well as children, young people. I provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk and explore your thoughts and feelings and help you to come up with solutions to help yourself on your journey to recovery.

I have worked with young people for the past 14 years in a school environment covering issues that young people face day to day, I work with children and adults with SEND needs. EG ASD, Aspergers, ADHD, I work with children who are on the waiting list for CAMHs.

As a registered member of the British Association if Counselling & Psychotherapy I follow the principals of good practice outlined in their ethical framework.I also hold a current DBSenhanced registration.

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
