About me
I am a kind, caring and sensitive individual bringing extensive experience in Transactional Analysis (TA) and over 600 hours of supervised clinical practice. With a strong background in individual and couple counselling, I specialise in supporting clients with anxiety, emotional regulation, stress, and relationship challenges. My clinical practice integrates TA methodologies, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to foster emotional wellbeing and personal growth. Additionally, placements with TA East, MCPS, and The Stress Project have enabled the delivery of supervised therapeutic interventions in diverse community and clinical settings, consistently upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and reflective practice.
In my current role as a Counsellor and Managing Director at Harley Street Therapy I provide dedicated couples therapy, helping partners navigate conflict, rebuild trust, enhance communication, and strengthen connection. My approach is tailored to each client, blending Transactional Analysis, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practice to support emotional awareness, resilience, and healthier relationships.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked in community counselling settings and completed clinical observation in psychiatry, which has deepened my understanding of complex emotiona presentations. I bring this experience to every session, ensuring therapy is not only clinically grounded but also compassionate and relatable.
My experience extends beyond traditional counselling environments, including end-of-life caregiving, youth mentoring, and nearly 30 years of service as a Priest and Spiritual Leader. These roles have strengthened my cultural sensitivity, empathy, and ability to provide holistic emotional and spiritual support, aligning with values-based counselling and client-centred care.
Committed to ongoing professional development, I am currently undertaking an MSc in Transactional AnalysisPsychotherapy and hold diplomas in TA counselling and couple counselling. Membership in UKATA, NCPS, and affiliations with EATA & UKCP standards reflect a dedication to maintaining the highest clinical and ethical standards in practice.
I could bring people to their desired journey in life.
