About me
At Coventria Therapy, I offer a confidential, supportive space where you can talk openly about your difficulties with someone trained to listen without judgement.
My aim is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
Type of therapy
As an integrative psychotherapist, drawing on CBT, person‑centred therapy, and attachment‑based approaches, I tailor therapy to your individual needs. I don’t “fix” or “treat” you — instead, we work together so you can develop the tools, insight, and confidence to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
While no therapist can guarantee specific outcomes, many people find that therapy brings relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of self, but it can also involve exploring painful experiences, and difficult or uncomfortable feelings. It’s normal to feel unsettled at times, however, facing these emotions often leads to healthier relationships, clearer problem‑solving, and a significant reduction in distress.
Areas of therapy
I have been supporting clients with OCD (all types) and anxiety since 2013. I also support clients with trauma (from childhood or more recent experiences), anxiety, limerence, family issues, and a wide range of other emotional and psychological difficulties highlighted below.
I work with adults aged 18+ and offer individual therapy.
Finding the right therapist
I do understand the emotional energy and financial resources involved in therapy, and how important it is to choose someone you feel comfortable with. I offer a reduced-fee introductory session to give us both a chance to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain from therapy, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
I ask that all clients attend sessions free from non‑prescribed drugs and alcohol, and that we treat each other with mutual respect.
Next steps
If you have any questions at all or would like to arrange an introductory session, please feel free to get in touch using the contact details on this page.
Whatever you are facing, I sincerely hope you find the positive changes you’re seeking—whether with me or with another therapist who feels right for you.
