About me

I welcome adult clients from all walks of life, offering therapy that is compassionate, practical, and grounded in evidence-based approaches.

Alongside this, I have particular experience supporting people in high-responsibility or technical roles - including managers and executives, CTOs, engineers, and offshore workers - who are navigating stress, burnout, or relationship challenges.

My approach is tailored to each person’s needs, helping you regain focus, manage pressure, and build strategies that work in both your work and personal life. All clients receive the same high level of care, attention, and respect.

My approach is pragmatic and collaborative. I view therapy as a partnership, where we work together to understand and address the challenges you face.

While I believe that specific therapies, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), are particularly effective for certain problems, I integrate my training and experience to create a treatment plan tailored to each client's unique needs and strengths.
