I understand how difficult it is to take that first step and contact a counsellor. I consider myself to be warm and understanding and will accept you as you are without judgement. I have over 13 years of experience in helping clients with relationship difficulties, depression, anger, fear, grief, family problems, and many more issues. No problem is ever too small. I offer long and short-term counselling,(you may only require a few sessions). I see most of my client's in my private home where they are encouraged to take time out and just be themselves.
What Is Counselling? I am an experienced, qualified counsellor and will provide empathy and understanding in a safe non-judgemental environment. Together we will explore your issues and concerns in the strictest confidence. You will be listened to and supported with the aim of giving you understanding, self-awareness and the ability to face future events that life brings.
How Many Sessions Will I Need? I offer both long and short-term counselling according to your wants and needs. You may feel comfortable with just a few sessions. It is, however, important to remember that counselling is about you and you are in control and free to stop whenever you wish.
