Denise Miles MBACP
I understand how difficult it is to take that first step and contact a counsellor. I am an experienced counsellor with over 15 years experience who aims to make you feel relaxed and at ease in a safe, warm environment. I have experience in helping clients with relationship difficulties, depression, anger, fear, grief, family problems, and many more issues. No problem is ever too small.
I offer long and short-term counselling,(you may only require a few sessions). I see most of my client's in my private home where they are encouraged to take time out and explore their issues in the strictest of confidence, with the aim of moving them forward. However, I am aware that counsellors are presently being encouraged to conduct telephone sessions only as a preventative measure against the coronavirus. I understand how this adds more pressure to those who are seeking help due to their present difficulties. Therefore in view of this, I will be happy to reduce fees to £30 per telephone session only.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
I offer both long and short-term counselling according to your wants and needs. You may feel comfortable with just a few sessions. Counselling is about you, and you are in control and free to stop whenever you wish.
