About me

Hi I'm Denise, i am a counsellor passionate about Neurodiverse minds including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and any kind of mind that just thinks a little differently. I get it because i live it too, i work in a very visual way, where you are heard, seen and understood, my Neurodiverse knowledge allows me to see things from a Neurodiverse perspective. Are you feeling scared of facing the reality of what is happening for you ? Knowing you want to feel better but just don't know where to start to get help. Are you feeling like there is no way out of these feelings ? Therapy provides an outsiders perspective, a space to talk, feel safe.
As a late diagnosed Dyslexic person and a parent of a neurodiverse child, i understand how challenging and exhausting the world can be for a person who is Neurodiverse, in a world that is designed for neurotypical minds. I provide a comfortable, calm, friendly space whether you are a parent, adult, teen or child navigating the world of neurodiversity.
I help people feel seen, heard & supported whether neurodiverse or not. Maybe you feel your brain just works a little differently. Are you suffering from anxiety, low mood, overwhelming thoughts, maybe you are just exhausted from life. Im here to offer support. Together we’ll work on your challenges, celebrate strengths and create space for you to thrive.
