About me
I am an HCPC registered Chartered Counselling Psychologist and Sex and Relationship Therapist (RegCOSRT), currently available for in person and online sessions. My approach to therapeutic work is integrative, relational, collaborative and client focused. Our lives are a series of ever-shifting contexts and challenges, raising questions about our own sense of identity, agency and meaning and I aim to offer a welcoming and confidential environment to explore and make sense of your experiences, including psychosexual and relational difficulties and significant life events (full list of presentations worked with available below).
I enjoy working with both adult individuals and couples. My integrative stance focuses on the subjectivity of individual experience, meaning that I am able to offer a tailored approach to my clients. This may be informed by a range of perspectives - particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, attachment theory, compassion focused and humanistic - and inevitably focuses on the relationship we forge with ourselves and others.
I have over 10 years of counselling experience and have been a qualified Counselling Psychologist working in an NHS acute hospital setting for seven years. I am registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC and as a Chartered Psychologist with the BPS. I have also completed a two year Diploma in Integrative Psychosexual Therapy and am a registered Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist (RegCOSRT).
Therapies offered:
- Integrative Therapy
- Psychosexual therapy

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
COSRT is the UK’s leading membership organisation for therapists specialising in sexual and relationship issues.
All members must abide by their Code of Ethics and the performance of accredited members is regularly monitored.
