About me
I am a Level 7 qualified Psychotherapist dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s most challenging moments. Deciding to seek therapy can feel daunting, but it is a powerful step toward healing, resilience, and an improved quality of life.
I specialize in supporting adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and a range of mental health challenges. As a humanistic psychotherapist, I am deeply passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their deepest worries with compassion and understanding.
I tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients, using a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centred Therapy. Open communication is at the heart of my approach—I collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your personal goals and fosters lasting emotional well-being.
