My name is Debbie, I am a fully registered Counsellor Psychotherapist offering therapy sessions in a rural location of Great Wenham, with parking and disability access.
My approach is humanistic and integrative. using the principles of positive psychology with a person centred approach. In essence this means that I draw from my experience and training to provide a quality, individually tailored counselling service to achieve the best outcome for you. I consider each client to be individual and what you are experiencing is unique to you.
My experience: I worked with people in the community for over fifteen years and seen many people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds and have assisted people to get to where they wanted to be, a natural progression of this was Counselling and psychotherapy.
I have worked with anxiety, depression, transgender, gender dysphoria, panic, relationships, age, addiction, suicidal thoughts, trauma, abuse, I am BACP Registered and have a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am fully insured and BACP registered. My practice is in a rural setting with parking and disability access, in a confidential setting. 9 miles from Ipswich, 8 miles from Colchester, 4 miles from Hadleigh, 2 miles from Capel St Mary
The first session is free and will last about 30 minutes. It will be an initial assessment to get to know each other, tell me about what is going on for you and see if you are happy to carry on working together.
