I am a Counsellor Psychotherapist & a Supervisor, qualified in face to face, online & telephone counselling & Supervision, based in a rural location
I can offer therapy sessions in a rural location of Great Wenham, with parking and disability access or I am trained in Online and telephone counselling and can offer sessions online or on the telephone.
My approach is humanistic and integrative. using the principles of positive psychology with a person centred-approach. In essence, this means that I draw from my experience and training to provide a quality, individually tailored counselling service to achieve the best outcome for you. I consider each client to be individual and what you are experiencing is unique to you.
In supervision, i work with the seven eyed model.
My experience: I worked with people in the community for over fifteen years and seen many people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds and have assisted people to get to where they wanted to be.
I have worked with anxiety, depression, transgender, gender dysphoria, panic, relationships, age, suicidal thoughts, trauma, abuse, I am NCPS Registered and have a Ba Hons in Counselling and Psychotherapy. An Ms in Psychology.
I am fully insured and NCPS registered. My practice is in a rural setting with parking and disability access, in a confidential setting. 9 miles from Ipswich, 8 miles from Colchester, 4 miles from Hadleigh, 2 miles from Capel St Mary
The first counselling session is £30.00 and will last about 45-60 minutes. It will be an initial assessment to get to know each other, tell me about what is going on for you and see if you are happy to carry on working together.
Supervision is £50 for an hour or £65 for an hour and a half
