About me

Does now feel like the right time to discover why you feel the way you feel, why you react the way you react, or think the way you think? If it is, I would be honoured to invite you to share the exploration with me.

The therapeutic space may be what you need to say things you feel you can't to anyone else for whatever reason. Together we can gently discover what is underlying the feelings, reactions, and thoughts that are troubling you and have bought you to take this step.

If you are a couple who feel you have lost your way, struggle to communicate or have specific issues that are preventing happiness and fulfillment in your relationship I can provide a safe space for you to explore how you can connect to initially make a decision to move forward together or be comfortable apart. Committing to finding the path that works best for you both is committing to your future happiness

I believe that looking after your mental health is as important as looking after your physical health and that you have the ability to be the best person you can be.

The way I work is drawn from more than one therapeutic background and technique which can allow us explore what you need in the way you need and all at your pace. It would be usual for clients to come to appointments weekly but fortnightly can be effective especially as a client progresses through their journey.

I cannot walk a mile in your shoes but I can walk every step of the way with you
