About me
If you are an individual or couple that has feelings of being lost, stuck, anxious, angry or sad, or you simply aren't sure what you are feeling you have taken the first step to finding your way through. I can offer you a safe and confidential space for whatever it is that is troubling you. Initially we will look at the presenting issue and decide how you want the sessions to look. Each session is then client-led and whatever you bring to your hour is what we will work with, it is very much an evolving experience that may take you into directions you may never have considered.
I believe that looking after you mental health is as important as looking after your physical health and that you have the ability to be the best person you can be.
I work in a person centered way with a pluralistic frame to work within so I can draw from more than one therapeutic background and technique to explore what you need in the way you need to and all at your pace. It would be usual for clients to come to appointments weekly but fortnightly can be effective especially as a client progresses through their journey.
I cannot walk a mile in your shoes but I can walk every step of the way with you
If you are a couple who feel you have lost your way, struggle to communicate or have specific issues that are preventing happiness and fulfillment in your relationship I can provide a safe space for you to explore how you can connect to initially make a decision to move forward together or be comfortable apart. Committing to finding the right path for you both is committing to your future happiness
