Experienced humanistic and CBT Counsellor, EFT Practitioner and AnxietyUK approved therapist.
Experience in bereavement, anxiety and depression, relationship, family, work, study and health anxiety issue counselling and have training in Suicide Prevention, Peri/post natal depression and associated PTSD Care and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
