About me
I am an experienced bereavement counsellor who has experience in bereavement, complex grief, pet bereavement. Grief can bring unwanted feelings and impact all areas of our life - emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.
I also work have experience working with past or present trauma which is impacting your current life, relationship problems, anxiety and depression. I believe we all have the knowledge within to know what we need but sometimes life takes a tumble and leaves us struggling to cope. I will walk alongside you, helping you heal and to develop self awareness so you feel more confident to make the right choices for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
Level 4 in Counselling Skills
Advanced Specialist Diploma in Gestalt Therapy (Level 5)
Experience working with Complex Grief and Traumatic loss, bereavement. I am also worked with the Samaritans and in a community wellbeing centre as a counsellor working with a wide range of issues which include relationships problems, abuse, loss of sense of self, family issues and trauma.
I have taken extra training in pet bereavement and inner child work.
