About me

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist with 16 years of experience, offering face-to-face therapy from my practices in Earls Court and Waterloo. I work with adults on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, decision making and dilemmas, relationship difficulties, and vestibular issues. My approach is integrative, drawing on CBT, existential, and other therapeutic models to meet each client’s individual needs. I offer a safe, confidential, and supportive space where we can explore what’s troubling you and work towards meaningful and lasting change. I usually work on a time-limited basis, with an initial contract of up to eight sessions.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully trained and qualified UKCP-registered psychotherapist and a full member of the Society for Existential Analysis. I have over 16 years of clinical experience, working with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. From 2017 to 2025, I worked as part of Nuffield Health's Emotional Wellbeing Network, providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting alongside other wellbeing professionals. Prior to that, I worked at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and in private practice supporting individuals in both short-term and longer-term therapy. My training spans several therapeutic modalities, enabling me to adapt my approach to suit the unique needs of each client.
