About me
My passion is to support children, young people and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. You may be experiencing anxious feelings, low mood, or difficulties managing emotions. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you will feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative and person-centred, focusing on each individual’s experience. Together, we explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and develop practical, manageable ways of coping to support confidence, self-understanding
I help children, young people and adults who are experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, OCD, phobia, trauma and worry. My specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) means I focus on helping people understand the links between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and how these can sometimes keep difficulties going.
If things feel overwhelming, stuck, or just really hard to manage right now, you’re not alone. I offer a calm, supportive space where we can figure things out together and make sense of what’s going on. We can also work on practical ways to help you cope day to day and feel a bit more in control. If this feels right for you, let's have a chat.
